Holly Velardo is the definition of turning passion into success. As a mother of five and business owner, she's mastered the art of balancing family life while building a thriving travel agency. Seven years ago, she founded HollyDay Travel with a vision to create not just another travel agency, but a systematised, scalable business that would thrive even during challenging times.

Starting as a solo agent and busy mum, Holly has transformed HollyDay Travel by now employing six staff members. Her success stems from implementing robust systems and processes that have allowed her business to scale while maintaining exceptional client service standards—all while being present for her family's important moments.

One of her proudest achievements was developing her own custom CRM system.  It was specifically designed to systematise operations, reduce administrative time, and generate comprehensive reports while enhancing client satisfaction.
